  • BrianZipse · I can't fathom So You Think's early position either, Footlick, but alas a better ride likeyl would have only produced 2nd place money. Danedream was awesome ... nice pick! · 129 days ago ·

  • yukichan · Agree...it is SYT's race to lose, but the talent in this race is pretty awesome. And what do you think of the supplement of Meandre, Danedream, and Masked Marvel? Make the Arc even more exciting and complicated...for second place! I think the firm/fast going also works against Danedream. So my picks are SYT, Sarafina, Galikova. · 133 days ago ·

  • medlocke · Workforce hasn't been disgraced in any of his races this season by any means. But that said, Workforce also doesn't look nearly the same horse as a 4yr.old that we saw smash the Epsom Derby record and win the Arc as a 3yr.old. In my opinion, you're just throwing $$$ away if you're backing Workforce for a repeat Arc win this year. Sarafina, So You Think, Galikova, Snow Fairy, Reliable Man, and possibly even St Nicholas Abbey are all likely to get home ahead of Workforce at Longchamp this year, IMO. · 141 days ago ·

  • medlocke · @BrianZipse, I agree with you 110%!! Personally, I believe So You Think is more than capable of winning this year's Arc. Although it looks like it's going to be a very deep field. But I just don't think there's that many middle distance turf horses in Europe that's better he is. JMO. · 147 days ago ·

  • Rossington · @mary.schweitzer, That's correct!! It was on England's Racing Post web-site this morning that Aidan O'Brien intends to send Cape Blanco back to America to run in the G1 Joe Hirsch Turf Classic at Belmont on Oct. 2nd. The Joe Hirsch being 1-1/2 race should put Cape Blanco spot on for this year's Breeders Cup Turf. Likely Clement will send Winchester out after Cape Blanco instead of Gio Ponti this time.
