Like I told Ed DeRosa last night when he called me delusional...If you look at the Forward Gal and Primal Force splits, there isn't much difference. The key factor was Fusaichiswonderful being too far off the pace, and being made to stalk caused her only loss to date. A rematch with F closer to the pace would have a different result. Maybe KK would still win, but F would give her a run for her money.

With a perfect trip, I still don't think she would come within four lengths of Katie. If she did come, Katie might have been asked a little, to still win with a little urging. I think with a better ride, she might have come second. NO male or female sprinting three year old can beat her, right now. She outsprinted the boy's time in the Spectacular Bid, w/o urging.

They're forecasting rain for Hallandale Beach. I wonder if Dutrow will scratch So Many Ways if it rains.

very tough spot to come back.....Barera cussed himself for bringing back Affirmed the Winter or his 4 y/o season as it tooks MONTHS to get over body soreness and blemished his record.
