  • travel_vic · On the dirt, I have seen exactly TWO horses that sped up rather than slow down and BOTH in the Kentucky Derby: Rumbo and Secretariat....On the lawn it happens all the time, the greatest of which, recently, was Court Vision, a horse than ran final fractions almost on par with sprinters first fraction...One for the books..Also realize that pace times are a conglomerate NOT individual horses. · 148 days ago ·
