There was a buzz at Golden Gate Fields Saturday that I haven’t seen there in a long time. The little track by the bay was on center stage. Not only in the local media, but nation wide. The draw was the Grade 3 El Camino Real Derby. A $200,000 purse was on the line and it attracted stars, film crews ...Read More

Really nice for the track where I was raised to have two Kentucky Derby contenders face off to an incredible finish! Hopefully a truly great sport is on the rise again! · 97 days ago ·

  • KyOaksRunner · I've been hearing some doubt as to wether or not Comma to the Top can get 1 1/8 miles especially in his 2011 debut, but I think he'll do fine. • Captain.Don · I agree 12 clip and KYOaksRuner, I think the distance may be a problem for CTTT, especially if pressed by Jakesam. Peter Miller told me today that the horse can rate, but i don't think that will be the case. And i still consider CTTT to be from the south. It's all going to depend on how easy the early lead is for MIllers horse. · 475 days ago ·
