  • tmallios1 · Amino,if the take down was not bad enough. My girl Marq loses a heartbreaker at 8-1. Now need to root for Kochees. He is the only one that can salvage this nightmare. · 304 days ago
That was Clearly Now's race. If not for the horrible ride and the fact he almost fell down, he would have given Flat Out one hell of a race.

  • tmallios1 · What was so bad about the ride. He sat inside off of fast fractions. It was a dream trip,he saved all the ground. It seems the horse took a bad step.Lezcano rode confidently nside,he had control of the horse. · 305 days ago
  • cleclair1994 · with all the horse he had he should have gave the horse some room instead of hoping something would open up at some point. even if he had to gove up some position he should have gotten outside like flat out was. granted there were different situations due to draw but lezcano could have gotten him out a little so he didnt run up on the heels of private zone · 305 days ago
With the free NYRA nominations, Verrazano {nice ½ mile this morning} and Secret Circle were cross-entered in the Cigar and the Fall Highweight. Royal Delta threw her hat into the Cigar ring.
alpha will be the next longshot winner of the cigar mile
Looks to easy for Cross Traffic.

  • tmallios1 · Amino, you are correct. When a trainer like Todd has so many contenders for any race.It is not an uncommon practice that they ask for guidance regarding their horses chances in the race. Not only against the competition, but Todds other entrants as well.In this case,Coolmore carries a lot of weight with Todd. He is not in it to just run a horse. They will discuss the long term plans of the horse and he will consult them accordingly. · 325 days ago

  • AmbitiousD · I can't bet this one with my head, but my heart says Groupie Doll. Either way, all my money will stay in my pocket minus the small amount I spend on the hot dog I am eating during the race. · 677 days ago
How come in the list of upcoming Major Races HRN continues to ignore the Cigar Mile? What gives?
