  • https://www.facebook.com/john.karczewski.39 · This is the year in general. The older male dirt division is awesome, that Santa Anita Hcp was one of the best non BC fields in awhile. The older filly division is stellar once again. The Champ Wise Dan is still doing his thing, "The Titan of the Turf". Judy the Beauty may pick up right where Groupie Doll left off in the filly sprint division. And Cali Chrome and Untappable could end up being something unforgettable. Top to bottom 2014 is looking like an exciting year · 9 hours ago ·

  • Sullivan · Maybe you have access to what Baffert says to Smith. In the San Antonio, I assume he told him to gun foe the lead, seeing as he took several jocks off the horse when they didn't. After being burned out that way, I assume he said be close to the lead. The question this time is how much respect does he have for Moreno. If the horse opens up 6 lengths on the second time around, it will be VERY hard to catch him. · 2 days ago ·

  • tmallios1 · Unless they think they are much the best, gun him or do this or that are instructions rarely given. With a horse like the Dude. I would bet my bottom Dollar that the instructions are the same every time Smith rides him. That would be>>> Let him break clean, after 10 jumps its in your hands what to do. Like in the San Antonio,Smith was content to sit off of Bejarano. When Beja saw that he tried to grab a hold of his horse and back it down. Then the cat and mouse game continued. Smitty seeing this sent for the lead. Bejarano because of his sour taste for being tossed from the horse went again. ERGO the speed duel that knocked them both out. In the big Cap,they were a little more aggressive out of the gate, there was not a speed horse in the race. Why play games and be caught wide. Same with California Chrome. The only reason he went to the front the race prior was that there was no speed. On Saturday , i would be shocked if Baffs did not feel he is tons the best. Why kill your horsein the process. If someone is hell bent on the lead. Give it to them, when the heat gets to much for the other horse. Then you turn it up even more. · 2 days ago ·

  • likin sparks · OTG, I like Ghost Zapper as much as the next guy but if he was subjected to the frequency of GOD's races I think his outcome would have been much different. Anyways GOD has surpassed GZ's winnings by over a million dollars maybe to you that's pocket change but to me it's sheet load more and something tells me he's not finished yet. It all depends on how you look at it... · 362 days ago ·

Game on Dude deservingly won his race, but Clubhouse Ride was also a star and a horse I'll be watching. For now, I hope this horse gets some time off before his next big race. He's got alot in him and needs to get out of that 2nd place rut. Great race.

  • likin sparks · I would like to bet Caixa but this is a year later with more speed than last year and the track condition will impede him regardless of how he has done in the past. GOD as a 4yr old came in 2nd on a sloppy track here against some great competition and the final time was 1 second slower the Caixa's win last year, will he be able to duel with GOD, probably not. Watch the closers and longshot Isn't He Clever...Pleasantly Perfect progeny have done well here at CT and in the mud! Here's my main pick $1 Tri - 3,5/3,5/1,6,7 for $6 total · 366 days ago ·

no doubt im seeing a repeat winner this year. Just like last year addition i think this time instead of the duke, game on dude will over take the lead and have caixa Eletronica over take him and power home
