I have to go with Shuruq
  • ILuvTurfRacing · A small field, but some very good fillies in this renewal of the Cape Verdi. Much like Artigiano & Steeler, I can't help but think that Certify will need this run first time out since she won the G1 Shadwell Fillies' Mile back in September, 2012, though she was a very special looking juvenile filly that season. A mile is where Flotilla seems to be at her best in her G1 BC Juvenile Fillies Turf & G1 Poule d'Essai des Pouliches(French 1000 Guineas) wins, and being that she's the only other G1 winner in the field besides Certify I think she'll take a lot beating in this race. My Cape Verdi picks: 1st-Flotilla 2nd-Certify 3rd-Shuruq 4th-Pearl of Africa. · 1045 days ago
