When handicapping the field for the G2 Al Fahidi Fort, something I think could be worth noting is that as Mike De Kock's top stable jockey in Dubai, Christophe Soumillon had first choice of mounts for the race. He passed on riding Gale Force Ten & Kavanagh in favor of sticking with Anaerobio, who provided De Kock & Soumillon a win over the same course & distance the Al Fahidi Fort will be ran over on opening day of the Dubai Carnival 2 weeks ago. Soumillon's choice of staying aboard Anaerobio could be significant, IMO.
