  • CauseForConcern · Brian, when you say Thunder Gulch was his best Derby horse, it sure would've been nice to have a piece of that 25-1 best horse. Timber Country, I think, was his, and was the favorite of the Derby? Also, I don't believe any other trainer has had the distinction of running 1st AND 3rd, three times in Derby(Thunder Gulch & Timber Country; Grindstone & Prince Of Thieves; Charismatic & Cat Thief). · 66 days ago ·

His Daddy was great on Turf too, but wow could Big Brown accelerate on the dirt. Brown almighty already is looking so much bigger and stronger then just a few months ago. I can't wait to see if dirt is the answer for this horse.
He better stick to turf

  • Mary Z. · Just go to a horse's, trainer's, race's page by entering the name in that box in the upper right of this main page. Some horses are a pain to find because there were either other horses with the same name or their name has a beginning common to many others, so in that case use the dam to find them by clicking on her progeny. Okay, so once at the desired page, just start a thread by entering your fantastically interesting thread opener where it says, "What do you think?" Don't actually type everything you think, but maybe be concise and welcoming to further comment :) · 155 days ago ·
