garret gomez is on Tiz a Minister, the way he came from behind in San Felipe in 1-1/16 miles, is eye catching, now he will get another 16th of a mile extra, it will suit him for that and if he can beat Hear The Ghost in the Santa Anita Derby, he will be a very big contender in Kentucky Derby!
1st- Flashback, 2nd- Goldencents, 3rd- Carving, 4th- Salutos Amigos.
I'm thinking it'll be 1) Goldencents 2) Flashback

  • buds · Although I think Flashback would destroy this field at 9furlongs, I still think he is a good enough horse at 8.5 F to prove why he belongs at the top of the derby polls. Flashback by 2 lengths · 1208 days ago
Really looking forward to seeing Flashback and Goldencents again! Not much of a read on the rest of the field. Anyone to keep an eye on? derbydeals.com
  • Mary Z. · Hear The Ghost. The chart for his first race, a win, says that he rallied under urging, but in general, his trainers do not ask much of their maidens in their first race or the works prior to that. In the San Pedro, he closed 4 lengths in the stretch, but couldn't catch speedball Distinctiv Passion. Hear The Ghost is training very nicely for the San Felipe, including two 7f works. Check him out. · 1209 days ago
  • Peppermint Paddy · Was gonna add the same as Mary. HTG appears to be the only likely upsetter. · 1209 days ago
