Orb would have beaten Vyjack by a neck if you look at their latest race times at 1 mile and a 1/16th.....just saying.....

after going 3/4 in 1:08 and change im suprised violence held on as much as he did im bias for shug so i think he has a better horse. i wonder what the top 2 beyers wil be 105 to 110?
i just seen orb got a 97 hopefully he gets alot out of this race. shug wont peak till the first sat in may guaranteed
Here are my picks, if anyone could give me ML odds, that'd be great, b/c I don't have them. 1st- Violence 2nd- Falling Sky 3rd- Orb 4th- Cerro. Majestic Hussar could get there if alone, but I think no matter what Violence will wear 'em all down in the stretch. I'm not SO high on Violence, but I think he stands out here.

  • cocoa2 · Dumb decision? The horse to beat at Santa Anita today was Comma to the Top. Mike didn't let Comma to the Top get an uncontested lead and smashed him through crazy fractions. Did you see where the rest of the mid pack horses finished? You're either in front or far back at SA. Mike made a good choice. · 1219 days ago
  • cocoa2 · What was Smith supposed to do? Pull the horse -BACK-? Lose that good break and early speed? · 1219 days ago

which road to the derby race are you folks more excited for, the Fountain of Youth or the Risen ?

  • CauseForConcern · Yeah, should be good. I think that since the Triple Crown is ran around the date of DDay(June 6), you should throw all caution to the wind, and side with Normandy Invasion. Chad Brown is a youngster in the trainer division, but, he's not far off from making some major noise in the horse racing world, with his upcoming success. · 1222 days ago
  • rafirox · With Normandy, lol. About Brown, I completely agree. Especially his care for 2/3 yr old, and his layoff percentage. He reminds me of Motion, to be honest. · 1222 days ago
Are these the correct post positions?

Falling Sky is fallen from sky? Dynamic Sky is more dynamic than Fallen Sky!
Violence will be the winner, followed by Joshua's Comprise ?
Cerro and Falling Sky are my choices for this one.
A lot of good ones in this race. Hard for me to pick a winner
Cerro will be the winner in ithis one but Orb or Elmutahid could shock the field.

  • rafirox · Not for the race (I have no idea who I like for the race) but I like Orb in general. He's already got a win at nine furlongs, and he has a wonderful trainer, plus I like his stride. · 1225 days ago
I wish they could all four race against each other! Looks like an awesome field.
