With Trumpet Major's win in the race today, Richard Hannon trained horses have now won 4 of the last 5 running's of the G2 Bet365 Mile at Sandown. Jockey Richard Hughes has also ridden all 4 winners. Paco Boy won the race in 2009 & 2010, Dick Turpin in 2011, and Trumpet Major in 2013. Dubawi Gold and Libranno finished 4th & 5th respectively in the 2012 renewal of the race.
