  • ILuvTurfRacing · @yukichan, With one run under his belt at Meydan now, I think the Al Naboodah Trophy Handicap affords Await The Dawn an excellent chance to get back on track and back into the winners circle. Even though he won the G2 Hardwicke Stakes at Ascot over the 12f trip, I've always thought 10f on turf is his best trip. It's been awhile since he's run anywhere close to that 118 rating. It would be great to see him do it this week. Also very excited to see Igugu!! That mare is a total beast. I'm not that worried about her coming into the Balanchine off a layoff, either. She's won at group level before off the shelf, and Sajjhaa, who I feel like is her biggest danger in the Balanchine, picks up a G2 penalty she has to carry for her recent win in the Cape Verdi. · 92 days ago ·
