  • BrianZipse · The 2-year-old that impressed me the most at Keeneland was not Joha, but rather Balance the Books on the following day. · 555 days ago ·

Bluegrass Equine Bloodstock’s Joha took advantage of his inside post position under jockey Rajiv Maragh to post a front-running victory in the Dixiana Breeders’ Futurity by a length over Dynamic Sky.Read More
  • mdracing69 · Bluegrass Equine Bloodstock’s Joha returned to trainer Mike Maker’s barn at Louisville’s Trackside Training Center this morning after exiting his victory in the Dixiana Breeders’ Futurity (G1) in good order. The victory earned Joha a berth in the $2 million Grey Goose Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1) to be run November 3 at Santa Anita. However, Maker said that the $500,000 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf (G1) to be run the same day may be the more likely target for Joha, who has a win and second in two grass starts. · 559 days ago ·

  • seattleslewgal345 · Floridaf, I too think he is that good. To me, he comes off as one of those who will improve and get better. Forget about Know more's connections, and just focus on the colt and what he has shown us so far. And no, I am not going to jump on the Shanghai Bobby bandwagon. Forget about that, it's not happening. he may be undefeated, but give him factors. Give him problems. Make him go the distance, and make him run into troubles, and then lets see how he comes out of it. · 579 days ago ·
