About Shackleford, he might have a chance. He won his first maiden special level race at Churchill Downs two years ago and instantly won his first allowance race at Gulfstream last year. When he started running in stakes races he didn't seem so competative until the Preakness when he beat Animal Kingdom by a head. He hasn't won a race since that but things started to change when he won the CD Stakes at Churchill. Also, it was a very dramatic win in the Met Mile when he beat Caleb's Posse by a nose. This horse might have some courage in him, looks good, and might be able to win, but we'll have to see.
shackleford i believe is that fastest horse in the world at a mile or less.the heart of a champion, ask amazombie how fast he is
Shackleford draws the 1 post.

Shackleford's biggest competition will be Emcee.
Shackleford will be gone in this race, noone would come close.
