This is a very competitive G3 race at York on Friday. Plenty in the field with a live chance to win it. But I'm pulling for Godolphin's Biondetti to win. Biondetti was unbeaten as a juvenile on the turf in the UK last season, and didn't suffer his first loss until his 4th place finish, when he tried dirt for the first time, in last year's B.C. Juvenile. He recently finished 2nd in the G3 Prix Messidor at Maisons-Laffitte in France on his seasonal reappearance. Narrowly beaten by Vagabond Shoes. Last season, Biondetti traveled to Italy and won the G1 Premio Gran Criterium. Becoming the very first G1 winner ever sired by Bernardini.
