What the Nation is saying about the 2011 Marine...

The Plate Trial Stakes winner Check Your Soul was made the lukewarm 3-1 morning line favorite for Sunday’s $1 million Queen’s Plate. He could make it a historic day for trainer Roger Attfield. Read More
  • AndyScoggin · Check Your Soul sure looked amazing in the Plate Trial, as did Inglorious in the Oaks! What are your minimum odds to bet Check Your Soul? · 699 days ago ·

  • cugel the clever · Check Your Soul certainly had the most impressive prep race. He and Inglorous raced the same day, at the same distance, only one race apart. CYS won his race more impressively and in a faster time. But, I don't think the likely pace scenario will help either of them. The best speed in the race, Pender Harbour, is fresh and rapidly improving and if he can get away on the lead with moderate to slow fractions, he'll steal the race. · 698 days ago ·
