  • medlocke · What a sublime performance by Fame and Glory in today's G1 Gold Cup at Ascot!! Many people, myself included, had doubt's about whether or not Fame and Glory would stay the 2m 4f trip? But this horse stayed every bit of that trip on testing ground that probably made the horses feel like that went more like 3 miles. Ultra impressive performance. Just no other way to say it. Every horse in the field were stellar stayers in their own right. So for Fame and Glory to win so convincingly on such soft ground may make this Gold Cup win just as impressive as any that Yeats won, IMO. · 1036 days ago ·
