  • Rule #6 - Age Appropriate - Only 3 fillies have won this race since 1998, the rest were mares (5 years old or up).
  • Rule #7 - Speed Kills -  Since 1998, a total of 25 runners were single digit odds and finished in the bottom half of the field.  24 of the 25 were wire-to-wire or pressers in their last 2 preps.

I like Royal Delta and Plum Pretty in this race, Plum Pretty my favorite. But if an older mare or filly would win it, I would have to say Ultra Blend!
Ladies Classic Trifecta: 6 Royal Delta, 8 Plum Pretty, 3 It's Tricky
Plum Pretty or Royal Delta will win.
