After a very disappointing 9th place effort in the Jumeirah Dewhurst Stakes won by Beethoven on 10-17-09, and a better, but still disappointing 4th in the Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf won by Pounced on 11-2-09, Awesome Act put it all together today at Aqueduct to win the 2010 Gotham Stakes in convincing style.
