  • MarcelloMarocco · I just can't pick any filly aside from that Awesome Feather. She is a real spark plug. I read that if Chad Brown saddles AF she is ready to fire her a game. That is what Chad said. I think questing will be Top 3 in the finish......I STRONGLY believe a 4 horse blanket at the wire is what will happen if all the ladies fire. I see it as AF, and MMA catching Questing at the wire and it will be AF/MMA/Questing/RD. All within a length, or half length Just like the 96 classic at Woodbine when AS/CIgar/LQ finished within a half length between the top 3 placings. · 615 days ago ·

Due to a very light racing schedule the past two years, Awesome Feather is not one of the most talked about horses heading to the 2012 Breeders’ Cup. That might be a big mistake.Read More

  • Herman'sKennel · Feather has a chance to Bookend the Breeders Cup...I want to live to see it , I have loved her for so long, I still remember rewinding that stallion stakes race over and over and over, telling my husband how wonderful she was and just about on her fouth win I said to him if she ships to the BC I am picking her... To Have loved a horse for so long and been able to meet her and kiss her and know heris the best gift, I have met Zenny and it was life changing, but Awesome is different, she is just such a determined girl, to comeback after 2, count them, 2 injuries, wow, what does that tell you? She is so brave and so wonderful, she is just Awesome.... · 626 days ago ·

In 2007 a beautiful chestnut filly by A. P. Indy broke from the gates in the third leg of the Triple Crown, stumbled badly and almost fell to her knees. • mshutty · Great blog, Brian! Welcome to HorseRacingNation! Really like this list you have put together. Keep an eye on Zazu, She's gangly, clumsy sort right now but she's all power and when she matures a bit and puts it all together, this will be a good one. She's fun to watch race. · 1246 days ago ·

  • KyOaksRunner · Thank you very much! I love Zazu and think she is maturing at exactly the right time, I love how she seemed to improve with each of her last races in such easy progression. If she ever gets into the starting gate with Dancinginherdreams it could be a really nice race to watch, both closers and both appear white. · 1245 days ago ·
