I love Lava Man. I've alway's been a big fan of his. If there were ever a horse that was all heart and was the classic over achiever, it's him. But watching his performance in the San Gabriel today was a very sad moment for myself. It just showed me that Lava Man does indeed belong with the great's like Commentator and other's that are already there. Doug O'Neil surely need's to understand that, pardon the pun, Lava Man has stayed too long at the races. Either way O'Neil decide's to go, I wish Lava Man all the best. He truly deserves it. IMO.
