Eight Belles will be one of those horses that will always be remembered. She will remembered for her huge heart, her great performance in the Derby, her beautiful stature, and, most of all, for all the safety and improvements that she brought her sport since her passing. This is the story of the leg...Read More

  • Mary Z. · Where does one even begin with a statement like that by you, June? Horse anatomy/physiology? The track condition? Her shoes? I think being astride a horse naked in a tasteful photo shoot(all three goodies covered) is less of a cry for attention than these ???? comments, but maybe that's just me. · 19 days ago ·

  • mshutty · Big Truck was the easiest toss out of this Derby. I remember about a week before the Derby, Tagg Barclay was praising Tale of Ekati but rather silent on Big Truck. Seems we had another case of the owner catching Derby Fever. Who could blame him? I think if any of us had a horse that qualified for entry we would be in despite what we may say when it isn't our horse · 1155 days ago ·
