  • cigar161 · One of my not so memorable, yet incredibly memorable days was The Haskell in 94...My X had a mount in the Tyro Stakes that he was high on, and although I was excited for him, my true excitement was seeing the best horse in the land, Holy Bull, run. But in his earlier race, my X got run off with, and then dumped. Needless to say when he walked out of the room the last thing he wanted to do was stay like 5 races for the Haskell. Whew we had it out. He told me to find my own way home (3 hours), and I told him fine, but find a good divorce attorney once he got home...You pick your battles in a marriage, this was one of mine...It was wonderful to see a Champ run.. :) · 308 days ago ·

  • CauseForConcern · I was there for that race. The call by Tom Durkin is indicative of my user name. It was a great moment, and I had been on Concern since he won the Arkansas Derby at long odds. I was glad to witness a race for the ages. · 633 days ago ·

This site has given me the opportunity to talk racing with people that actually want to hear it. I have a chance to ‘meet up’ with people that feel the same way I do...Read More

  • ruffian75 · Thanks, RaTalk Girl. Since you enjoyed that one, this was of the greatest come-from-behind races I had ever seen. Check out how far back Concern is in this race. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CfSJn3tI8M. Once again, I hope you enjoy it. · 702 days ago ·
