#11 Interactif (4-1) is the tepid 4-1 morning line favorite. He’s the best of the US hopes and will try to work out a trip from an outer post. Pletcher trainee is talented.

No less than five overseas runners are gunning for this event. #6 Awesome Act (20-1), #8 King Ledley (20-1), and #12 Buzzword (6-1) seem over the top. That leaves #2 Viscount Nelson (6-1) and #4 Pounced (9-2). The former has won his two longest races, and that latter has run well each time out and should love a flat mile.
#3 Codoy (15-1) has hit the board in all five outings and landed the place behind Interactif at 57-1. Gomez hops aboard the stretch threat.
