Sunday's 8th race (4:38pm ET) from Woodbine is the Grade I E.P. Taylor for fillies and mares traveling ten furlongs on the turf course.

#9 Princess Highway (5-1) came off the bench to finish an okay 7th of 13 in G1 Prix Vermeille Sept 16 and show finisher Solemia returned to upset the Arc. The KY-bred daughter of Street Cry cuts back from 12f and is 2-for-2 at this trip. She adds lasix and cruised to an easy G2 score at 10f the last time she went 2nd off the shelf.

#2 Pagera (20-1) beat today's morning line favorite Siyouma in March. She cruised in a G3 marathon in Germany Sept 1 and runner-up Opera Gal came back to romp in a Listed event at Ayr Sept 22. She sports the look of a live longhsot under Peslier.

I liked #5 Dream Peace (7-2) in the G1 Flower Bowl and she was right there in a 3-horse blanket finish. She is back in 15-days and might take too much win action for Dominguez/Brown.

#3 Siyouma (3-1) exits a flat mile G1 tally in Great Britain but I have never been fond of euro's returning quickly and this one just raced 15-days ago. She is an underlaid contender.

The local G2 Canadian Stakes did not seem like a strong renewal so I will toss all of the horses exiting that heat (Stars to Shine, Barefoot Lady, Moment of Majesty, All Star Heart, Kapitale).

The Plays:

$20 to win #9

$4 Exacta Box 2-9 ($8)

$3 Exacta 2-9/3-5 ($12)

opps menat this to go here. These are all my creations. http://www.woodbineentertainment.com/Woodbine/Racing/Standardbred/Pages/PhotoFinish.aspx
I sit up on the 7th floor 4 nights a week and watch where the inner rail is placed.
travel_vic, you were on to something about the horses running on the inside part of the track!
My live longshot Pagera ran a nice race to land the place at 13-1 but was no match for Siyouma. Wrong way Exacta.
according to Jum Bannon, handicapper from Woodbine: 9 is Kentucky bred who has a long shot chance. Last race Qatar Prix Vermeille – Grade 1, is a “key race.” The filly is well travelled, so not a problem
Insider tells me that 4 likes frim turf and there will be little of that tomorrow.
The Irish Contingent to take over: 4 Barefoot Lady (IRE) 3 Siyouma (IRE) 5 Dream Peace (IRE) 12 Kissable (IRE) ..The vets tell me that Kissable is anything but
