No Conditions only applies to flat bets in regards as to whether you have a conditional bet at minimum odds set by you. example if you set your odds at 2/1 in order for a bet to be in play and your horse goes off at 9/5 you don't have a bet because it's conditional. If it goes off at 2/1 or better you have a bet.

Dammit. I boxed the 7,89 and threw out Ron the Greek. He knocked me out of my exacta box. I just didn't like him in this spot. Shame on me.

Look at the Olympics: THEY realize if since they compensate for outer posts by staggering the start.

The first three races at Saratoga are an example of the RAIL BIAS:1/#1 $25.80 $11.00 $10.20 -2/#4 $10.40 $5.20 $3.90-3/#4 $10.40 $5.20 $3.90

I realize the shortest distance between two points is a straight line I.E.closest to the rail. However that is not the case if the rail is dead like so many tracks. Saratoga for the 47 years I've been going has a fast track the closer you are running to the rail (bias) fast, good, or muddy.Churhill Downs on the other hand is notorious for having a dead rail examples, Shackleford, Bodemeister, Game on Dude.
