#5 Welken- With a slow pace expected, this horse will probably be sitting second off the longshot 6 horse who will go out for the lead. Her ability to rate close to the pace will make her tough to beat as she will get the first jump on the pacesetter. Owns the fastest winning time at this distance in the race and looks to be tough to beat.
#7 Hermoine's Magic- With a win at this level over this course at this distance back in October, she was entered in a pair of restricted turf sprint stakes, closing well but needing more ground. The distance should suit her here, and she will be coming into the stretch flying, only concern here is the lack of pace that should hamper some of the others. If anyone can deeply close off a slow pace its this one
