Private Zone at Santa Anita

Amount Bet:
$40.00
Amount Cashed:
$48.00

I have decided to go against my "Play of the Day" curse, I have only hit one out of five play of the day's but here it goes, BTW, my plays will change slightly depending on the odds:

One thing I noticed is 3 out of the 7 horses are coming off long layoffs. I generally don't take horses in Graded Stakes off a long layoff. #2 DRILL- He is second off a layoff, and ran a decent fourth last out in the Malibu. I think seven panels is more for him though, not six. I think he could hit the board possibly.  #5 COMMA TO THE TOP- He enjoys Santa Anita and his front running style should be beneficial for him. He'll go the lead and take then as far as he can, for as long as he can. He'll have to fight with Private Zone though. #6 PRIVATE ZONE- He will also go to the front, and not look back. Will be a real battle up front. He came in a strong second to Jimmy Creed last out. #7 JUSTIN PHILLIP- The pace should help him. He might be late at six panels, but might hit the board, or possibly better. He was only four lengths behind Trinniberg last out in the BC sprint.

PLAYS: $8 Win, $12 Place $12 Show on #6 Private Zone

Exacta Box: 2-5-6, and 5-6.

Overall:$40 bet.

Thank you, mdracing.
The HRN system should allow you to update Amount Cashed. If you ever have any problems let me know and I will fix it for you.
Wait, what? LOL. So I don't update the amount cashed? On my Lecomte pick I cashed 50, after betting 30.
@rafirox. I updated your Amount Cashed.
It finally changed to 48!!!! Lol.
Vodkak, Cognibene did nothing but state his/her picks. Shut up.
Cognibene: Please explain your wrong running style of Private Zone. That "wrong style" sure whipped your pick; then again what's unusual about that.
don't bet picks that aren't obvious. you won't lose so much. I never bet the first 3 races and rarely the last 2 or so
Nice pick, cocoa. Can you help me get the amount cashed on the Play of the Day?
I'm not going to share my picks - I bet through twinspires (rather my father) minutes before the race. RTG looked good in the paddock and in the end that is what matters to me. I was called out I did post that he was my pick, a week ago.
Can someone help me put it on? Winning 8 dollars is better than losing 40. @Cocoa: Remember to share your picks :) I am having a bad day, LOL.
I never posted my picks, but my $10 win bet on RTG (my only bet today) paid well.
Hey, we still did better than sesame street cocoa2
Can someone help me with the results.... It won't let me change it.
It won't let me put in the results! I bet 40, and returned 48. Positive 8, not specifically a big cash, but a win is a win. Still minus 230 on the day. Can someone help me get the results in? It won't let me.
Good luck, Slam.
Drill won't be easy to beat here, cognibene. Drill is a great sprinter. The thing was: I like drill in here, but is six furlongs enough? He seems more like a seven furlong type horse.
I will go with Drill here. Win place.
BTW, the show bet may or may not remain in my play. It depends on Private Zone's final odds. Since this is a talented field, I will most likely kee the show bet if he remains 5-2 or better.
Good luck, cognibene!
