Santa Anita’s 8th race on Friday (11/2) is the $2,000,000 Gr. I  Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Turf.  This race will consist of fillies and mare running a mile and a quarter over the sod.

#9 – Marketing Mix (9-2) was last seen winning the Gr. I Rodeo Drive back on September 29th over Santa Anita’s turf.  The Medaglia d’Oro filly has won seven of her last ten starts and will be looking for her 9th career victory today.  She is facing some tough competition today but with Garrett Gomez in the saddle I like her chances in here.

#10 – Ridasiyna (4/1) is one of the European invaders of the group.  Trained by Mike Delzangles, the Motivator filly has four wins from five career starts over in France. Christophe Lemaire will take his usual mount on Ridasiyna.

#4 – The Fugue (7-2) is your morning line favorite of the bunch.  The Dansili filly is also shipping over from across the pond and looks like another serious contender.  The Fugue has won at the mile and a quarter distance and has finished in the money in six of her seven career starts.

Plays: $7 win, $15 place, $28 show on the 9
