Monday's 4th race (6:40pm ET) from Presque Isle Downs is a $36,000 Allowance event for 3-year-olds and up which have never won two races. They will be dashing six furlongs on Tapeta footing.

#7 Awed (7-2) improved smartly when switched to the Sheppard barn at Tampa Bay earlier this year. The 5yo gelding exits a disappointing try vs. better Keenland turf route rivals and can improve 2nd off the shelf under Pino. He turns back, switches surfaces, and worked a solid half-mile here May 9.

The Plays:

$12 to win, $18 to place #7
