Saturday's 9th race (4:52PM ET) from Monmouth Park is the G3 Boiling Springs S. for 3-year-old fillies traveling a mile and a sixteenth on the turf (Rail at 12 feet).
I am a big fan of Cozi Rosie and #3 TRIPLE CREAM (4-1) was
not disgraced in a pair of recent Stakes efforts behind that rival. Her new
profitable trainer (James Toner) is 27% in the Graded ranks and she projects an
inner tactical trip at a hint of a price.
#10 Bay To Bay (5-2) always runs her
race and was my top in her last pair. Her connections are easy to like and she
must work out a trip from the outside post. She sports a Woodbine bullet for
this.
#4 Strike It Rich (9-2) has won two straight for Clement and the $350,000
purchase is definitely on the right track. Gomez has options with the versatile
course winner.
