Saturday's 8th race (3:55pm ET) from Laurel Park is the Grade II Barabara Fritchie Handicap for fillies and mares dashing seven furlongs on the main track.

#3 Onepointhreekarats (5-1) shoots for a four-bagger under Jeremy Rose and has captured back-to-back local flat mile (one turn) affairs. She earned a triple digit number beating $100k Stakes foes when last seen here Dec 22 and Graham Motion's fresh, improving mare should make her presence felt throughout at playable odds.

Play Saturday's $10,000 game at DerbyWars.com

#8 Bold Affair (5-1) was 3rd as the beaten favorite behind my top in the local Thirty Eight Go Go at 8f but rebounded with a sharp score in the What a Summer at 6f here Jan 12. She romped in both seven panel outings and I typically like early-pressing types from outer posts in extended sprints.

#1 My Wandy's Girl (7-2) has a nose for the wire (14-for-19) and sports back-to-back New York bullets for this. She won her Aqueduct U.S. Stakes bow at 6.5f on Nov 15 and was wheeled back quickly when running 3rd in the G1 Gazelle at 9f on Nov 24. Hushion's fresh miss projects a ground saving tactical trip under Irad Ortiz Jr.

I'll try to beat morning line favorite #5 Nicole H (8-5). Hushion trains this one as well and she does some of her best work at six furlongs and excels over the inner dirt at Aqueduct.

The Plays:

$18 to win #3

$3 Exacta 3/1-8 ($6)

$3 Exacta 1-8/3 ($6)

I agree 100% with your analysis of this G2. The track will likely be OFF due to a mix of rain & snow falling Firday evening thru Saturday morning.
