Saturday's 8th race (4:42pm ET) from Keeneland is the Grade 3 Ben Ali for 4-year-olds and up traveling a mile and an eighth on Polytrack.

#4 JOHA (12-1) might be sitting on ready 3rd off the shelf and exiting a turf marathon. He likes synthetic, switches to Castellano, and figures in the hunt throughout.

#10 Newsdad (3-1) beat #3 Nikki’s Sandcastle (6-1) in the 2012 G2 Fayette here, and the latter toppled #6 Winning Cause (6-1) in last year’s Fayette.

#9 Frac Daddy (8-1) won his lone synthetic try here last year and might do some damage on this footing.

THE PLAYS:

$12 to win #4

.50 cent Trifecta Key 4/3-6-9-10 ($6)

.50 cent Trifecta 3-6-9-10/4/3-6-9-10 ($6)

.50 cent Trifecta 3-6-9-10/3-6-9-10/4 ($6)
