Thursdays opener from Keeneland (1:05 eastern post) is a $7,500 starter allowance on the all weather strip going 1 1/16 mile. I'm backing the #5-Francois 2-1 morning line in this race. He is shipping in from Hawthorne with a place and show in 2 starts in 2013. This 4yo has 5 lifetime wins all at Arlington Park on the all weather surface and this distance looks ideal for him to notch his first win on the season. He won a stakes at AP last season beating a nice colt by the name of Hammers Terror who had multiple stakes wins last year. Start your day off right at Keeneland and get on board as he should run them down in the stretch in this race.  He has a record of 5/2/0 from 9 starts on the all weather surface lifetime.Kent Desormeaux gets the mount for trainer Charles Bettis.

     My Play: #5-Francois-.$60.00 win
