Wednesday's 7th race (4:11pm ET) from Keeneland is a $60,000 entry level Allowance affair for 3-year-olds traveling a mile and a sixteenth on the turf course.

#1 War Dancer (6-1) landed the place behind subsequent Transylvania Stakes hero Jack Million in his Jan. 12 turf route bow at the Gulf. The McPeek runner disappointed in a main track route second time out and exits a smart stalk/pounce turf win at this trip. Garcia is riding well here and the $220k son of War Front projects a cozy ground saving tactical trip from the hedge.

#3 Bold Challenger (4-1) is also conditioned by McPeek. He exits a productive (Black Onyx, Redwood Kitten, Crop Report) turf route at the Gulf and looms a tactical threat under new rider Leparoux.

#5 Beyond Compare (4-1) figures in the hunt throughout under Gary Stevens. He easily graduated in a flat mile event at Tampa Bay March 3 and Proctor's $375k purchase might get brave if able to sneak away early.

#10 Positively (7-2) was last seen finishing 7th in the G2 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes and he place in two other Graded juvenile events. His stakes winning dam has tossed four turf winners and Napravnik is a fine 32% grass rider (75-race sample).

The Plays:

$14 to win #1

$4 Exacta Box 1-3 ($8)

$2 Exacta 1-3/5-10 ($8)

Guess the word was out on War Dancer, cognibene, but I'll settle for the $5.40 winner + Exacta. Positively ran well in his turf debut and is worth following on the sod.
I can't believe it...horse was 6/1 on the morning line and won like a good thing at odds on!!!
To many to chose from in this one but I kinda like #4 and blood ties to Galileo and on turf hmmm...
Tough race...but I came up with the same horse...#1 War Dancer (6/1). Horse certainly can get the distance and t/j combination is right. Scratches will determine the exotics, but bet #1 to win anyway...Good luck!!!
