Wednesday's 8th race (4:49pm ET) from Keeneland is the Grade III Jessamine Stakes for 2-year-old fillies traveling a mile and a sixteenth on the turf course.

#3 Kitten Kaboodle (4-1) rallied for the place in her turf route bow at the Spa and finished 2nd again as the beaten favorite at that same venue second time out. New trainer Chad Brown excels with this type of layoff runner and she appears to have the talent to graduate in the graded ranks.

The Plays:

$10 to win, $20 to place #3

LOL, Steve Haskin tweeted that the Kittens are everywhere and are multiplying---Ken Ramsey spends half his time in the winners circle! https://twitter.com/SteveHaskin
Nice win Jarrod. Congrats!!!
Another win for Chad Brown and the Ramseys. Kitten Kaboodle paid $9.40.
Despite being an unpredictable 2 y.o. race, there might be some value here. Contenders before scratches are: #10, 1, 4 and 6. The #6 Zinzay (3/1) is the legitimate favorite and the horse to beat. However, my choice has the best balance of speed and closing ability, value and superb connections....#1 Shannon Nicole (15/1). Bet #1 to win. Exacta...1/all. Tri...1/10,4,9,6/all. Good luck!!!
Just really impressed with Zinzay. Hope this race stays on turf. 6,9,10.
