Wednesday's 9th race (5:05pm ET) from Gulfstream Park is a $54,500 entry level Allowance event for 4-year-olds and up traveling nine furlongs on the turf course (rail at 84 feet).

#5 Rapacious (4-1) ran well in all four turf starts and could be sitting on a new top in his 3rd race off the shelf. New pilot Castellano is 23% on turf and he figures to be within hailing distance throughout in a race without much early pace. He has worked three times since finishing a close-up 3rd at 7.5f here Jan 25.

Results; 2-6-1-4..........no 9 or 5 :(
If people stick with the class of the field 6, 9, 2, 4 then the 5 could possibly bring in the dough "if" he can get there. I'm biased on #9 with Johnny V. but have to beware of the British invader #6 if he's in form could be tough.
