Saturday's 9th race (4:50pm ET) from Gulfstream Park is the $150,000 Florida Sunshine Millions Turf for 4-year-olds and up traveling a mile and an eighth on the grass.
#1 Slews Answer (6-1) disappointed as the favorite vs. some of these at Calder Nov 12. The Motion trainee fired in both local turf outings and enjoys this distance. Dominguez hops aboard and the fresh gelding can pull a mild surprise from the hedge.
#3 Bad Debt (6-1) likes this course/distance and has fired Exacta shots in the last ten races showing in his past performances.
#5 Little Mike (8-5) has a nose for the wire on turf but the flat mile specialist might find nine fulongs a bit beyond his scope. The wire job threat will not offer any value.
#6 Beckham Bend (15-1) has fired Exacta shots in 11 of 15 turf outings. He runs well locally and owns early-pressing versatility.
#10 Teaks North (3-1) won the G1 GP Turf 'Cap here last year but the Monmouth specialist tailed off after winning the G1 United Nations last summer.
#7 Allie's Event (12-1) has finished 2-3 in five straight and can rally for a share at square odds.
