With undefeated BC Juvenile champ Shanghai Bobby(#1) most likely to get most of the action, we'll look elsewhere, to try and bring home a possible cash cow.
(#7) Itsmyluckyday. Having been over this track in his last out, he showed an affinity for this track winning the Gulfstream Park Derby going away in the one mile one-turn test. In his lone meeting with Bern Identity in the Delta Jackpot, he couldn't match up with BI at an oval that resembles a bullring. Throw that effort out, figuring he didn't shine to that track, and was his worst effort to date.
(#4)Bern Identity. Paco Lopez opted for this colt, over the top selection. Possibly wants to side with Kelly Breen, since his stable might be deeper. Colt has been off over two months, but has recorded a bullet workout. Looks as if he's ready to rumble.
(#5)Sr. Quisqueyano. Has been out seven times, never finishing worse than second. Only trying two turns for the second time, but has been over this oval, running 2nd to the top pick in the Gulfstream Park Derby. Joel Rosario returns to ride this one back.
(#1)Shanghai Bobby. No blemishes in five starts, but comes in after nearly three months on the sideline. Don't think he needs to be fully extended, in this his first race back. Let's call this a workout.
Though it would be tough to beat the top selection(#1), we'll go with $5-10-20 across the board on #7, and $3 Exacta box on 4-5-7,and a $1 Trifecta box on 1-4-5-7.
