Monday's 3rd race (2:08PM CT) from Fair Grounds is an optional claiming affair for 3yo's traveling a mile and forty yards on the main track.
#4 DOWN WITH DIXIE (9-2) was
clearly best in wire job maiden tally at this course/distance last
out. Not much pace in the paper race, and it could be déjà vu all over again.
Torres sticks, and McGee is 20% with recent graduates trying winners for the
first time.
#6 Hotep (2-1) owns fine tactical speed, and he should be shadowing
my top throughout. Albarado hops aboard the well bred colt.
