Sunday's 9th race from Fair Grounds is an entry level sprint for state bred 2yo's. #6 Jays Wildcat (7-2) earned triple digit speed rating in 2nd time out maiden win, and he regressed in latest start at LAD. Removes the hood and could return in the pink. #3 Boosier City (9-2) is on the upswing for Tony Richey, and he earned best last race speed rating in Delta maiden score. I liked this one in his 17-1 bow at Louisiana Downs. #7 Devilish Due (5-2) rolled to an easy tally in synthetic bow, and barn is 21% with recent graduates trying winners for the 1s time. Has been working on conventional dirt (CD/FG) all along. THE PLAYS: $24 to win #6, $4 Exacta 6/3-7 ($8), $4 Exacta 3-7/6 ($8)

Jays Wildcat ($10.60) might be headed to the Champions Day Juvenile (Dec 13th) following a sharp prominent throughout tally as my top at Fair Grounds on Nov 22nd.
