Saturday's 9th race (6:00pm PT) from Del Mar is the Grade I Del Mar Debutante for 2-year-old fillies dashing seven panels on Polytrack.

#6 She's a Tiger (4-1) won her first two starts and finished a game 2nd in the G2 Sorrento here Aug. 7. She dons the hood, attracts Gary Stevens, and worked strongly here Aug. 23.

Play Saturday’s Del Mar games at DerbyWars.com.

#1 Awesome Baby (5-2) smartly captured her local 5.5f bow Aug. 4 and shows three local works since including a 6f bullet Aug. 25.

#3 Concave (3-1) beat my top here in the Sorrento to run her record to 2-for-2. Doug O'Neill's versatile daughter of Colonel John gets the services of aggressive pilot PVal.

The Plays:

$18 to win #6

$6 Quinella 6/1-3 ($12)

#1 Awesome Baby (5/2) Garcia/Baffert is legitimate and the one to beat. Therefore, we will try to beat her with Jarrod's pick...#6 She's A Tiger (4/1) Stevens/Bonde. Gary Stevens is my favorite jockey, by the way. Nice guy...I met him in person and he signed a T-Shirt for me. Bet #6 to win. Exacta...6/all. Tri...6/1, 7, 4, 3/all. Good luck!!!
