Saturday's 6th race (4:30PM PT) from Del Mar is the $100,000 Fleet Treat Stakes for state bred or sired 3-year-old fillies traveling seven furlongs on Polytrack.
#4 Lazered (12-1) is an interesting prospect at square odds. She owns an ascending Final Time Rating pattern and Abrams clicks with Unusual Heat offspring at Del Mar. Barn is a profitable 18% in the non-Graded Stakes ranks and 15% turf to synthetic.
#3 Thisonesforyou (4-1) captured her first two outings and landed the place when last seen in a Hollywood synthetic route May 23. She sports a bullet for this and Rosario hops aboard as Martin Garcia opts to ride for his main man Bob Baffert.
#8 La Nez (6-1) fired in all three otings here last year and ran well in both Stakes starts at this extended sprint distance.
#6 Excellent News (7-2) is the aforementioned Baffert trainee. She won at this distance in May and should be part of the pace along with morning line favorite
#7 Camille C (3-1). The latter won a $100,000 race here last summer.
The Plays: $12 to win #4, $1 Trifecta 3-4-8/3-4-8/3-4-6-7-8 ($18) -
