Wednesday's 7th race (8:32pm ET) from Delta Downs is the $35,500 Allowance event for fillies and mares traveling seven and one-half furlongs on the main track.

#7 Special Guest (5-2) gets pace to chase in the paper race and patient types win more than expected at this trip here. He is 2-for-2 on fast dirt and new pilot Saenz is enjoying a fine meet.

Need to add that this is ONE of those tracks that is so typical so as the formful horse coming in from standard tracks does NOT transfer well to this one. Mountaineer is another that is classic for this, as is the Turfway to Keeneland transfers, Parx to Aqu or Belmont..It is important to keep records of these holes in understanding as they will QUICKLY eat a big hole in your wagering stash.
Contenders: #1, 4, 2, 7. The favorite #1 Flashy Campaign (2/1) is legitimate and tough to play against. Only one that seems to have a chance is the #4 Ocean Bertie (3/1) who has both early speed and turn time. Low profit potential. Take your choice...good luck!!!
