POST TIME 10:25 PM EST--Aptly named handicap race as the Midwest and East Coast brace for "the winter storm of the century".  Winter, shminter!  Charles Town features a nice little Tuesday evening race drawing talent from Parx and Laurel.  The 7 furlong distance at Charles Town is favoring horses with a decidedly late energy distribution and this race has enough honest pace to favor late foot.  Eight of fourteen runners at this distance, thus far, have closed from the back to score the win.  #9 No Advantage (my odds 6-5; M/L 5-2) clearly possesses an ideal late turn of foot.  This productive 6 year-old has done particularly well in his last three races despite running on track surfaces that are firmly early speed favoring.  Has won 3 of 7 at Charles Town so this long strider seems to have navigated the bull ring pretty well.  On his best day, no one in this field can beat him.  #4 Evening Concerto (my odds 4-1; M/L 8-1) is my value play underneath and as a saver on top.  Energy distribution profile meets winning profile.  This four year-old has been racing at least once a month all year long and he just seems to improve a bit in every race.  I am projecting another move forward here at hopefully a price.  Others to consider in your exotics include #5 Luckifee, #2 Peppi Knows and #3 Tap Tap I Win but they are all obvious contenders and it is only Luckifee that may offer some betting value.
