I see this race going two ways, either 3 or 4 horses go too fast early or everyone rates but one horse gets an easy lead.  I'm hoping for the latter, Fort Larned is my top pick, I think he will be that one horse and go gate to wire.  I think I will get at least 6-1, and I see that as the best value for this race.

My plays:  100 to win/place on 3 Fort Larned

20 exacta box on 1,1a/3/7

1 tri on 1,1a/3/7 with 1,1a/3/4/7/8 with 1,1a/3/4/7/8

Total bets:  $356

I like Fort Larned also about 7/2 area. If smitty doesn't come off to block you cash your last play. Bad luck for you good for me. I didn't see him getting through, no room and smitty didn't leave a lot for that big horse either. Not sure if I'm betting this as I also want to catch Mohawk race. GL
