The weather forecast at Belmont is iffy at best but the show goes on anyway and the 2nd race is a competitive maiden claimer whether they run it on turf or dirt.

#6 VICTORY MARCH (6-1) can be effective on either turf or dirt as he goes 2nd off a layoff for trainer James Jerkens.  He forced the pace last time out and tired late after making a middle move.  He will be dangerous with a better timed ride today and jockey Eibar Coa has been very good when legged up on Jerkens trainees.

The Play: #6 to WIN

Good luck!

Thanks...'twas a tough card at Belmont to make a pick for given the weather situation. Luckily Victory March was ready to go and James Jerkens' record on dirt over the last few years is much better than it is on turf!

That's two plays in a row, Nick, that have resulted in a win. Fantastic!
