Sunday's 8th race (4:04pm PT) from Betfair Hollywood Park is a $32,000 claiming event for 3-year-olds and up traveling one mile on the turf course (rail at 20 feet).

#1 Maybe Tuesday (3-1) cuts back one furlong in his 3rd race off the shelf after surprisingly setting the pace vs. $40k turf rivals at Santa Anita Oct 28. He is 2-for-2 at this distance, hails from a profitable barn, reunites with winning pilot Gryder, and figures to revert to patient tactics today.

#3 Lord's Minister (4-1) makes his first start in more than five months for sharp trainer Morey and he is probably the one to catch. Delgadillo is a profitable speed/turf rider.

#2 Euroglide (5-2) has dropped five straight and today's morning line favorite was the betting choice in three of those races. He was stuck in post 10 last out and the show finisher from that heat returned to win here Friday. Bejarano sticks with the tactical type.

The Plays:

$24 to win #1

$8 Quinella 1/2-3 ($8)

the crowd, by their eclectic adventures, pick the winners of around 33% winners. In odds points that is equivalent to 2/1. If you cannot find a logical horse to back better than the 33% of the crowd, you should just throw a dart.

This race is difficult for the gurus to figure out...which means that the general public will be spreading the money around and depressing any potential long shots. Therefore there won't be much value in the race. However, the contenders are, before scratches...#1, 2 and 3. It then comes down to the #1 and #2. Both have good connections and speed. However, the #1 Maybe Tuesday is the horse to beat. This is a Harris Farms horse using their main man Shean McCarthy with whom they have had a lot of success. Bet, if you must, #1 to win. Exactas...1/all (hoping a long shot comes in second). Tri... 1/all/all. Good luck.

contenders close to the same but in this Lilliputian field there will be no value
