Winplacsho · Shug McGaughey well meant 1st time starters usually have a 3 furlong blow out work 2 or 3 days before the race. This workout usually doesn't show up in the PPs, so you have to be on your toes to find out about it. · 554 days ago ·

travel_vic · you have a horse with breathing touble, as many do who are inside the dusty dirty inner parts of barns. In order to help the animal to breathe you give him a standard dose of clenbuterol. He is breathing well and you make sure to give him said dose at least 4 days before he runs so as to not have a drug positive. Having open bronchi, he works out is a time augmented not by talent or conditioning, but by pharameutical bronchodilation. Rossington · Honestly, Tizway being knocked out the JCGC will very much put me off of him in this year's BC Classic. I think this was a race he very much needed to run in. For one thing, Tizway hasn't ran over a 1-1/4 since the 09' JCGC, and he ended up a distant 3rd that day. Some 5 or 6 length's behind Summer Bird and Quality Road. I think Tizway needed to cover this 1-1/4 at Belmont again to get him fitter for the taxing Churchill Downs 1-1/4 that's coming in the BC Classic. TJMO. · 605 days ago ·
